Describing itself as a "full service casting company," Boston Casting says it specializes in feature films, commercials, and reality shows. And while I can't judge the merit of the company, the website itself doesn't offer any networking or directory or listings up front. You've got to visit their Boston office for that. Also: should we be wary of a company that offers to "teach" you how to audition for a price? For what it’s worth, here’s a sites that doesn’t seem useful:

Best of all it's free and pretty simple to register. It looks like there's an average of 2 a day. Exploretalent.com looks to be another good source, both for actors and for companies. Best of all it’s free and pretty simple to register.
